Group Visits
We hold school and group visits here at our Leicester Centre and also at our sister centre in Kelmarsh, enabling you to find out about the Buddhist way of life.
A typical visit would include a guided breathing meditation, explanation of Buddhist shrines and symbolism, Buddhist beliefs and practices, and any other topics you would like us to cover.
We do have a cafe onsite but we also have an indoor area where you would be welcome to eat any packed lunch that you bring with you.
Group visits can be arranged either here or at your own venue.
Visiting us
We are able to accommodate groups of up to 40 people.
Please note that we are in a pedestrian area so vehicular access is only available between 9am and 11am.
Fees per person for visits to the Centre are as follows:
Special schools £1.30 each
Adults with special needs £1.30 each
Further Education / Adults £2.50 each
There is no charge for teachers or parents.
Visiting you
We are also happy to send someone to your school, university or group to explain and answer questions on meditation and the Buddhist way of life.
If you would like one of our teachers to come to you and visit your school or group charges are as follows:
- Half day (or less) £30
- Full day £50

Petrol Mileage 25p - per mile each way from Nagarjuna Centre (Leicester) to your location (our postcode is LE1 5FQ)
*Note - To calculate the total charge for us to visit you calculate as per following example: Half day £30 + Mileage at 25p per mile each way from Nagarjuna centre to your location.
