Wednesday February 15th 7.00pm - 8.15pm 

With Buddhist Teacher Kadam Chris Heyes, at Knighton Library, Clarendon Park Road, leicester, LE2 3AJ.

A free talk on the benefits of meditation and positive thinking including a guided relaxation meditation. There is no need to book for this class, you can simply turn up on the night. 

Weekly drop-in classes

Mondays 7.30pm to 9pm at the Leicester centre.  Doors open at 7pm

                          All hot drinks only £1 in the Cafe before & after class

This drop in meditation class in Leicester introduces meditation and positive thinking and is open to everyone from absolute beginners to more experienced meditators. A typical meditation class includes guided meditations, a talk on how we can use Buddha's teachings and meditations to find peace and happiness in our lives, informal discussion and questions & answers.

These group meditation classes allow you to relax, enjoy some guided meditation, and return home feeling refreshed and inspired. To find out more about the meditation classes please read 'What to expect at a class?.

Class fee is £6 per class

Or buy a class card for £30 pounds, allowing you to attend 6 classes for the price of 5. No need to attend 6 in a row, as there is no time limit on the card, just attend as you wish over the course of the year. You can buy your class card on arrival for a class. 

The centre is open to everyone throughout the year with classes and courses running during the following term dates.
